“ After 13 years in business the things somewhere stacked. I was wondering Why and What is the reason for such a Business contrary reactions ? In the beginning the Business started hard but after that short period got very well, it was running like never before, that lasted for certain period and suddenly the things went down again !? For me it was sudden bad Business occurrence and I didn’t understand AGAIN WHY ?

Why ?

Maybe new Marketing method should be incorporated ?

Maybe new people should be trained ?

Maybe some new magical occurrence should be done ?

Later on after that period of imagined lack age of abundance I kept asking myself, my partners, our business consultants What I should do as a part of the team that grows an International Company stacked again in the milieus of status quo ?

Suddenly an answer came like a so called Instant formula of success but again with a needed period for incorporation with highly new pure and virtue standards. And again the period of achieving results after usage of the formula was not so Instantly fast and also while incorporation of the formula there was no new method incorporated, there were no more product’s promotions, there were not so many classical marketing actions taken over but still the SMALL LIGHTS of RESULTS occurred !

WHY ?

What was that sudden so-called magical formula ?

Why that materialistically said so-called formula was the one and nothing else was better ??? “

The Magical answers to the magical questions for success still exist, but we should find them and previously put an effort in our wishes. I was striving for certain answers how our Internationally based Business should move forward faster and should stop being stacked in the milieus of status quo ?

The Magical Instant answer was SBB !

SBB from the top team of the company,

SBB in the interactions with the employees of the company,

SBB toward the clients,

SBB actually in all segments of the private lives of the Board of the Company

SBB as a part of the name of the company as a main molecule of inner wish for all actors involved in the Mission of the company

            What is SBB ?

Soul Based Business = Spirituality Based Business is a Business where Spiritual Principles are respected and utilized in every segment in the Company. SBB is identified with Company's Liders that utilize Spiritual Principles. Company's Liders are main leading molecule of all created structure of the company.

What is needed for SBB ?

 1. Potential 

Bg. 2.29 - Some look on the soul as amazing, some describe him as amazing, and some hear of him as amazing, while others, even after hearing about him, cannot understand him at all.

      2. Self-interest

Bg. 6.5 - One must deliver himself with the help of his mind, and not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well.

Bg. 6.6 - For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends, but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.

3. Focus = Mission

Bg. 2.41 - Those who are on this path are resolute in purpose, and their aim is one. O beloved child of the Kurus, the intelligence of those who are irresolute is many-branched.

What is the next step for SBB ?

1. Raise your standards

Bg 2.54-72 (transcendental consciousness)

Bg 12.13-20 (become dear to Krsna)

Bg 13.8-12 (act with knowledge)

Bg 14.22-25 (transcend the modes)

Bg 16.1-3 (develop divine qualities)

What more should be done? Is this previously said enough ?

 No, because knowledge never ends.

Why ? Because the main definition for Insanity is “When we do same things every day and expect better results “

Why? Because nothing can improve without further improvement of knowledge !

Knowledge

Bg 18.20 - That knowledge by which one undivided spiritual nature is seen in all living entities, though they are divided into innumerable forms, you should understand to be in the mode of goodness.

So what more should be done ?

1. Improve Your Communication skills

Bg 17.15 - Austerity of speech consists in speaking words that are truthful, pleasing, beneficial, and not agitating to others, and also in regularly reciting Vedic literature.

2. Improve Your Mental fitness

Bg 17.16 - And satisfaction, simplicity, gravity, self-control and purification of one's existence are the austerities of the mind.

And what now ? Is this all ?

Yes, we should now ONLY ACT

Action

Bg 18.23 - That action which is regulated and which is performed without attachment, without love or hatred, and without desire for fruitive results is said to be in the mode of goodness.

And now, what ?

This is the beginning of the happily created process of building one Conscious SBB.

Is this only a pure theory ?

For us No, as far as for the one that has not tried it, Yes.

Do I and my company have something to lose with incorporation of SBB ?

If you and your company has something to lose with incorporation of more virtue in its activities then it is that much dangerous to incorporate SBB

The story begun with happy beginning and now still going on with never ending party of new magical devices to help us, me and all of us to build a real Spiritual Business. The story is just fertilized and grows to never-ending dimensions in the same way as Kŗşņa is always with never-ending nectar for those who understood his point.

That’s why the culmination follows, with the nectar brought to us by Our Direct Actions, done in Every special Kŗşņa day that also reveals many small Answers to our SBB Questions  & OUR SBB Growth !!!
